When procuring properties Hancock Victorian Plantations (HVP) actively seeks to find land that has conservation significance or ecological significance within the landscape. This often means that properties procured have covenants on with management obligations that aim to continually improve native patch value. Part of these obligations can include revegetation works and plantings designed to increase density, habitat or diversity. Gondwanan Ecosystems Management was able to help HVP meet these obligations in late 2024 by completing a revegetation project in one of their covenanted areas.
